Ok,Good news,I found out how to slove this problem.
Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc.
Find a file called "host"right click it,untick read-only.
After that open it with notepad and add "65.54.239.80 messenger.hotmail.com"to the last line.
Save the file then right click it again and tick back read-only
